MPDialer LLC builds and operates AI phone answering systems for local service businesses. When you call a business we support and we cannot reach you live, we send text messages so that business can follow up with you.
These messages are transactional only: confirmation that we received your call, appointment times and reminders, and notice that the business is calling you back. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
Most people opt in by phone. When you call a business we support and our assistant answers, you give your phone number and agree to receive text messages about your request. That consent is captured on the recorded call.

Either way, consent is not a condition of any purchase, and you can stop the messages at any time.
Message frequency varies with your activity, typically one to five messages per service request. Message and data rates may apply.
