MPDialer LLC builds and operates AI phone answering systems for local service businesses. This policy covers information we collect when you call a business we support, or when you contact us through this website.
Your name, phone number, and email address if you provide them. The reason for your call and any details you give about the service you need. A recording and written transcript of calls handled by our systems. The content of text messages you exchange with us.
To pass your request to the business you called so they can serve you, to schedule appointments, to send you the transactional messages described on our SMS consent page, and to improve the accuracy of our systems.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The business you called. Service providers that operate our software and telephone systems under contract. Anyone we are legally required to disclose to. We do not sell your personal information.
Call recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 12 months, then deleted. Contact details are kept for as long as the business you called maintains a relationship with you.
