MPDialer LLC builds and operates AI phone answering systems for local service businesses. When you call a business we support and no one is available, our system answers, takes your details, and passes them to that business. We are a service provider to that business; we do not perform the work you are calling about, and we do not set its prices, schedule commitments, or quotes.
Calls answered by our system are handled by an automated assistant, which identifies itself as such at the start of the call. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so the business can follow up accurately. If you prefer not to speak with an automated assistant, hang up and contact the business directly.
If you provide your mobile number, you may receive transactional text messages: confirmation that we received your call, appointment times and reminders, and notice that the business is calling you back. We do not send marketing or promotional texts. Message frequency varies with your activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop receiving messages and HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We work to capture your information correctly, but automated systems can make mistakes, and telephone and messaging networks can fail or be delayed. We do not guarantee that any message or call detail will be delivered, delivered on time, or free of error. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Nothing our system says creates a binding quote, price, or appointment on behalf of a business we support until that business confirms it with you directly.
Do not use this service to report an emergency. If there is a fire, a gas leak, a medical emergency, or any immediate danger, call 911.
Do not use our systems to harass anyone, to send unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service.
